1. Introduction

By accessing or using the Pay to Connects network and platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our network.

2. Publisher Requirements

All publishers and affiliates must adhere to strict compliance guidelines. Fraudulent traffic, incentivized calls, spoofed caller IDs, and non-compliant marketing materials will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending payouts.

3. Advertiser Obligations

Advertisers must clearly define their call qualification criteria. Disputes for unqualified calls must be submitted within 7 days of the call occurring, along with the call recording and valid reason for dispute.
